Bulgarian Property Consultants is the leading consultant for a fractional ownership club system in Bulgaria. BPC acts in particular as consultant and project manager for developers for the realisation and implementation of a fractional ownership club within their resort. BPC also advises property agents and investment consultants on the principles of fractional ownership and assists them in the acquisition sales process.

BPC Clubs

The fractional ownership club system does not work for all resorts. BPC selects resorts for the club system based on their unique qualities and effectiveness of the system within them.
