We spend a considerable amount of time understanding your needs before you arrive with us in Bulgaria, this ensure we do not waste your time showing you products that do not suit your needs.

Independence
Because we are not committed to sell any developers or agents property we can offer a truly independent service, we do not tailor you to a product, we find you exactly what you need, weather it is a small renovation project, a piece of land to develop or a luxury apartment on the coast. So when making a choice of who to travel with the choice is simple.

Fees
We do not offer a fixed fee for your trip, at Bulgarian Property Consultants our business is in property, we do not make money arranging travel. To this end when organising a trip for you we will look for the best value travel arrangements, and the most affordable accommodation choice to suit your needs and pass this cost on directly to you. It is our experience that clients can be charged between £188 per person travelling, to £280 per person depending on the time of year, and the clients choice of accommodation.

Our trips are carefully planned to give you as much information as you need to make an informed choice. Please note these are inspection trips and not buying trips, and although many of our clients make some commitment while visiting, the importance of the trip is geared to information, and ensuring all our clients are well informed and comfortable before committing to a purchase..
