At Bulgarian Property Consultants we manage a number of clients accounts used for investment in land and property. These accounts are run and managed by dedicated portfolio account managers, who's sole mission goal is to mazimise the profitability of their individual client accounts.

Sean's initial portfolio was €25,000 and he was initially placed into a property by his account Manager selected for him in Venitza on the subberbs of Varna, 4 moves later Sean owns an apartment in Varna currently valued at €92,000, which is being rented by a local agent for €350 per month.

Dave Edwards came to BPC met up with Ron in November 2005.

Dave was recommended to purchase a small plot of land 17 miles north of Varna with a derelict house and 2 outbuildings, the property was completely renovated and the sale of the last piece of property in February has given Dave a net return of over 140%.
