Perspective magazine is to hold an industry summit on the effects of the economic downturn on shared ownership.

The FORUM, co-hosted by leisure real estate consultancy Generator Systems, will bring together fractional professionals for panel discussions on the successes and failures of companies in the recession.

Spanning all aspects of the shared ownership industry, the event will feature more than 25 industry experts from Europe, the USA, Asia, South Africa and Mexico. A combination of veterans and newcomers will examine new opportunities, legal and financial hurdles, the need to adapt and the desire for change.

Confirmed speakers include Brett Archibald, senior VP of business development (EMEAI) at Group RCI, Darren Ettridge, VP of resort sales and service at Interval International, Jerry Cobb, chief executive of the Fractional Ownership Consultancy, and Bryan Lunt, Chairman of Absolute World Group.

The event will take place on 9-10 December 2009 at the Sofitel London Heathrow Hotel. Delegate places are limited to 200 and cost £395 (+VAT where applicable), which includes access to all sessions and an invitation to the Gala Dinner and Generator Party.
