BPC acts as consultant and project manager for developers/owners  for the realisation and implementation of a fractional ownership club within their resort.

Following a general assessment based on in depth discussions with the resort developer/owner, the proposed scope of work executed by BPC for the setting up of a fractional ownership club scheme would include the following:

Viability study

  1. Due diligence resort
  2. Due diligence on split of resort or part of it into new company
  3. Due diligence on the viability of the new company
  4. Due diligence on prospective gains/returns fractional ownership club members
  5. Proposal marketing strategy including agent network
  6. Detailed action plan including timetable, structure and to be taken actions for the fractional ownership club model tailor made for the resort.

Implementation of the action plan:

  1. Set up new company structure with or without the split of equity
  2. Divide shares into required total
  3. Activate marketing strategy
  4. Release project into market
  5. Manage sales agents
  6. Manage share (fraction) holder’s registration
  7. Manage club membership registration
  8. Set up and manage new fractional owners club.

BPC also advises property agents and investment consultants on the principles of fractional ownership and assists them in the acquisition sales process.
